I am not receiving my payments!

Could you please first check that you have entered your PayPal ID (email address) in your Watch Me Think account:


If that's all good, then a payment we made to you may be "unclaimed" because:

  • Perhaps you didn't sign up for a PayPal account with the email that you entered into your details with us?
    (it can be a different email address to the one you signed up with, for example if you share a PayPal account, but you must have access to it.)
  • Or perhaps you entered an email address that you haven’t yet added to your PayPal account?

If that's the case, then as soon as you add the correct address to your PayPal account the money will show up in your balance.

Here's how to check the status of a transaction:

  • Log in to your PayPal account.
  • Your most recent account activity is displayed on the Overview of the My Account page.
  • In the My Recent Activity section, the column Payment Status lists the payment status for each of your recent transactions.
  • To view all of your transactions, click History near the top of the page.
